Want to thank all that came out and enjoyed the beautiful weather
(pictures to follow)
And Congrats to Don Cisney for taking FTD!!!

Special thanks and appreciation
to the following people

Those whom worked the board for both run groups.
It was not easy having only 15 seconds to write times and dealing with car numbers not matching those on the board.

Frank Jasper
Whom took the initiative to learn the timing system
Not taking his second group of runs only to do a couple "Buck" runs and being faster then his morning runs.

Those whom came out Friday to move cars.
It really helped speed things up and helped with the "good will" for the Karl Tyler Site.

And last but not least, Ken Stolz
Whom put on a nice "novice" class Sunday morning.

HONDA-NISSAN CHALLENGE!!!

A fund raiser for the club wallet and a chance to even the field for all drivers, other then PAX, by everyone using the same beater car. Are you the best driver?

How it works. Drivers pay $10 for two consecutive runs in a beater car that EVERYONE drives (evens out the playing field, save for mechanical difficulties). The order is determined by a drawing of numbers.

The driver with the fastest run is declared the winner and gets half the entry fees with the other half going to the club.

To participate in the challenge, you must be an entrant in the day's Solo Auto-cross event.

You never know when and where the challenge will show, so make every event for you chance to run. Though rumor has it, Memorial day would be a good day to show up.
Are You Ready?
Check the rating on your helmets. Is it older then SNELL 2000?
SNELL has a new rating standard for 2010. By SCCA rule definition, only allowable helmets are helmets rated under the current and previous two rating standards (2000 and 2005).

New Info:
According to January's FastTrack (p. 6), SNELL will have two active standards. Thus being said, the previous 3 SNELL ratings will be allowed.
